Wuppertal. Wuppertal's culture is rich - well, maybe not in public money. But the ideas, projects and people who are behind this. Together with the initiative "Wuppertal - celebrate your artists" will introduce the tool now in the new series "Artists of the week" people from the many-headed Wuppertal arts and creative scene. Starting with the NIV painter and sculptor Thomas H. Eiffert.

Sie ist einfach da über Nacht“, charakterisiert sich Eiffert, der sich sein Handwerk als Autodidakt selbst angeeignet hat. Zu Kunst habe ihn übrigens seine Mutter gebracht, sagt er: Ich war fünf Jahre alt, als meine Mama sagte: ,Male!!!‘“ Seitdem male er – und mache Figürchen.
