"Qui vive", the first Biennale for Young Art in Moscow, is considered one of the largest and most ambitious projects in the field of contemporary art. It combines creative initiatives from all over Russia, Moscow's leading cultural centers, and regional and international partners.

Under the direction of Prof. Anna Jermolaewa present fourteen students of the National Academy of Design in her video works M'AR Center for Contemporary Art Irina Yashkova, curator of the exhibition „VIDEONURSERY: EAST & WEST“, wählte die Teilnehmer aus.

Das M'ARS Center for Contemporary Art gilt als eine der aktivsten Galerien in Moskau. „Wir sehen uns nicht nur als Galerie, sondern als Zentrum zur Entwicklung zeitgenössischer Kunst“, so Natalia Kosolapova, Direktorin der Galerie. „Obwohl wir seit 20 Jahren Kunstwerke sammeln, wechseln die ausgestellten Werke ständig, um die aktuelle Entwicklung der Kunstwelt zu repräsentieren.“
